 folders に 扱える folder 数の制限があるのは知りませんでしたが、

folders -recource -fast の結果って、単にディレクトリのリストが出て来る
だけなので、

find . -type d -print | cut -b 3-255

でも結果は同じだと思います。これだと、folder 数の制限はありませんよね
(^_^)。

上記をスクリプトにして使うのもよし、cron を使って、~/Mail/.folders に
いれるのもよし(^_^)。
