うーむ。これはどうするのが正しいのでしょう。
とりあえず quoted-string は全体で encoding するように修正しました。
impost-0.95+ です。

"a b あ b a" なんて場合に、b だけそのまま残すというのができると
いいのかもしれませんが、それもなんか変な感じですね。
