[Mew-dist 1664] official release of Mew 1.90 and IM 65

Folks,

The developing team of Mew and IM is now happy to announce official
release of Mew 1.90 and IM 65. As we declared, Mew 1.90 starts using
IM(Internet Message) Perl 5 scripts instead MH.

We strongly recommend you to upgrade to Mew 1.90 with IM 65 since it
is more stable, more sophisticated, and more powerful than before.
Moreover, this version works on Emacs 19 and 20, XEmacs 20.2 and Mule
2.3. Supported OSes are UNIX, OS/2, Win95 and WNT. 

Please read 00diff in mew-1.90 to know the differences between 1.70
and 1.90. We hope that you can upgrade to Mew 1.90 without any
significant confusions.

So many works have done. It was a very long way. However, we hope that 
Mew 1.90 is worth wait for you.
