[Mew-dist 631] Mew next generation alpha release

Hi there,

I'm happy to announce alpha release of Mew next generation. This
version fully supports XEmacs 20.x. You can view messages with icons
even if they are multipart.

Due to a copyright problem of icnos, you may NOT re-distribute this
package. The agreement says:

This package contains Mew next generation. Since icons under the
"${Mew}/etc" directory have a copyright problem and the current
icon-based interface is under development, this package is on the
alpha release stage.

               YOU MAY NOT RE-DISTRIBUTE THIS PACKEAGE.

Unless you agree that you will not re-distribute this package, you
must not use it. If you agree with the limitation, decrypt
"mew-${version}.tar.gz.pgp" by pgp with a password "AGREE" as follows:

        % pgp "mew-${version}.tar.gz.pgp"
        File is conventionally encrypted.  
        You need a pass phrase to decrypt this file. 
        Enter pass phrase: AGREE

Emacs 19.28 or later excluding Emacs 20(aka 19.33), Mule version 2.3
or later, and XEmacs 20.1 or later are officially supported. Support
for Emacs 18 and Mule 1 is obsolete. This version has not been tested
on XEmacs 19.

better icon-based interface. ICON CONTRIBUTION WILL BE HIGHLY
APPRECIATE. Unless you are XEmacs user, I discourage you to install
it.
