[Mew-dist 661] Mew 1.63

Howdy,

Since I received many bug reports and the interface has much
developed, I'd release Mew 1.63.

In this version, icon-based interface and key-based interface is
totally equivalent. I think this is the way I have been looking for.

Additionally a menus pops up when you click a multipart icon with the
right button. I'm listening to what kind of items you want to add on
it.

Some icons were contributed by Yoshiaki Kasahara and Yuichi
Teranishi. mew-e20.el was implemented by Kiyotaka Sakai. Many thanks
go to them.

Our ftp server has been unreachable for a while due to name server
