[Mew-dist 717] 1.65

Hi,

I release Mew 1.65. As usual, it is available from:
	ftp://ftp.aist-nara.ac.jp/pub/elisp/Mew/outgoing/mew-1.65.tar.gz

This version still contains some bugs. The reasons to release it are:
	to bury gaps between XEmacs 20.1 b6's API and that of b8
and
	to urge you to draw 28x28 multipart icons.

I can't assign much time to hack Mew since it is more important, at
least for me, to port my IPv6 code from BSD/OS 2.1 to BSD/OS 3.0 at
present. Things would be much better in the next week, I hope.
