簡単に入るでしょう。少なくとも私が試したXEmacs 20.1-b6以降の
src/s/*.hには、sol2-6.hというのもあるくらいですから :-)
Solaris 2.5.1 on SPARCであれば、configureで
sparc-sun-solaris2.5を指定すれば良いと思います。
