Hi, cat people,

Finally  I  tried to get  rid  of  GNUS  and installed Mew-1.92/im-76.
Things  seem to  work   reasonably  well,   but  still   I  have  some
questions/problems  concerning this version, especially the usefulness
for reading news. 

* Is it possible to turn off _all_ highlighting by one variable ? 
  I just _don't_ like it ... I looked into mew-highlight.el, and it
  doesn't seem so...
* How mew remembers if a usenet news message has been read (I didn't
  find anything about that in the info).
* Is it possible to mark  a whole -xxx folder as read/to be deleted with
  just 1-2 keystrokes ?
* Will there be some tab-expansion for news group names ?
