Maybee a better feature would be to separate the reply and reply-all functions.

e.g.   a -> reply to "Reply-To:" ONLY
       A -> reply to "Reply-To:" ONLY
     C-a -> reply to "everyone" ( Reply-To:, To:, CC: ) as today
     C-A -> reply with citation as today


This is since it is very easy to send replies to the wrong person,  specially if you like me use reply-with-citation since then you do not see the adress you send to.....    if you just type your answer after the citation and sends it.
