This is because the top level multipart/mixed is encoded with
quoted-printable, which is certainly illegal in the context of MIME.
Content-transfer-encoding for multipart/* should be either null, 7bit,
8bit, or binary.
This action is conformant to the MIME spec. And Mew treats *relevant*
multipart/alternative as multipart/mixed.
