[Mew-dist 07879] 1.94b12 contrib contents

hello-

  i was looking through the contents of the contrib directory for mew
1.94b12 and noticed mailto.el, sen-iml.el, and sen-imldb.el.  these are
obsoleted by mew-mailto.el and mew-ml.el.

  if it is not a problem, please remove mailto.el, sen-iml.el, and
sen-imldb.el.
