パスワードが違うと言われます。打ち間違いはありません。
## 手元を確かめながら、3回やっても同じでした。

MD5-digest-of-password が変わったのでしょうか? MD5-digest-of-password 
を見るにはどのようにすればいいでしょう?

OS は、
