要望だけになってしまうのですが、"C-cC-a" で addrbook に付け加え
るときに From: が自分だったら To: や Cc: が対象になると便利なん
じゃないかなぁと思います。

例えば、

From: Hideyuki SHIRAI (白井秀行) <shirai at example.com>
To: hoge1 at example.com
Cc: hoge2 at example.com, hoge3 at example.com

なら
