Mew 1.94.2 calls "imput" when you are sending a message. "imput" makes
a connection to a SMTP servers according to ~/.im/Config. If
"localhost" is specified to "Smtpservers", "imput" makes a connection
to a SMTP server on the localhost. The SMTP server may or may not be
sendmail.

Mew 1.94.2 does not have functionality to directly execute sendmail
since "imput" is assumed.
