[Mew-dist 12571] (mew-release) Mew 1.94.2 and IM 140

We are glad to announce that Mew 1.94.2 is now available with IM 140.
Many bugs have been fixed so this version should be more stable than
Mew 1.94.1. 

This should be the last version on the Mew 1.94 tree. We will release
Mew 1.94.3 ONLY if you will encounter serious bugs. Minor bugs will be
fixed in the Mew 1.95 tree. (Mew 1.95 is on alpha stage and hopefully
we will be able to move it onto beta stage very soon.)

We would like to thank each and everyone of you for making this work
possible.
