below are my opinions of my english "ear".

"has raw text" is ok sometimes. for example:

"that page has raw text in it"

sounds fine. some people might say, that that is an abbreviated form
of:

"that page has raw text strings in it"

i think "has some raw text" is ok too.

"has some meaningless tab" does not sound quite correct to me.

the following sound better to my ear:

  "has some meaningless tabs"
  "has some meaningless tab characters"
"has at least one meaningless tab"
"has at least one meaningless tab character"

just my 2 cents -- or should that be yen or sen? :-)
