Works perfectly and is better than before -- thank you!  What I am not
sure is how I have to modify mew-config-guess-alist to make it work
again.

Also, it seems one needs to press "i" to get the mail sent.  Is that
correct ?  Would it be possible Mew send the mail immediately (like
the old behavior) ?
