This value has not been changed. Just set mew-config-guess-alist and
its value will be inserted in headers.

Type "C-cC-c" in any Summary mode to flush the queue explicitly.

If you don't like the auto-flush mechanism of "i", put the following
to .emacs.

	(setq mew-auto-flush-queue nil)

Type "C-cC-c" in Draft mode.

P.S.

Please try this:
	(setq mew-use-8bit t)

This allows you to generate 8bit messages (without quoted-printable).
