[Mew-dist 17114] I can't display mail which has single text/html part.

三平と申します. 

  emacs-21 になって -nw で色が使えるようになって, 同時に mew も最新
版にのりかえました.

  添付メールのような mime part が html だけを持つメールで問題があります. 

  添付メールで, 
  ``To display this part in Message mode, type 'C-c TAB'.'' や
  ``To display this text/html contents with browser, type 'C-c C-e'.''
をすると

Please use this command on a part, not a message と言われてしまいます. 

  1.95b116 までは問題なく(117 は試す機会がありませんでした) 118, 119 
で発生しています.

# mew-w3m は使っていません.
