今さらの内容で、大変も仕分けないのですが、回答頂ければ幸いです。
また、反応が遅くてすみません。

iso-8859-1の質問です。
iso-8859-1と言ってもタイ語なのですが、私のxemacsでは、表示できません。
表示出来ない代表的な受信メールですが、以下の形式です。

  これらは、mewでは、サポートされていないということですが、今後サポート
される可能性は有るのでしょうか？emacsにすると表示できそうですが、
xemacsでも可能でしょうか？

  以前は、タイ語を表示していたように覚えていますが、何時からか使用できな
くなったのでしょうか？

環境：
xemacs:21.1 (patch 14)
mew:2.1
