Hello all,

I have released Mew 3.1rc2.

Many bugs found in Mew 3.1 rc1 have been fixed.

To implement faster refile (see mew-use-fast-refile), the data
structure of folders changed. Sorry. When you install this version and
run it, type "1Z" once for local folders and type "3Z" once for IMAP
folders.

This should be final...
