ps.
ちなみに手元の環境で
% gpg -e --batch -r XXX foo
の場合，
GnuPG 1.0.7では，
gpg: XXXXXXXX: There is no indication that this key really belongs to the owner
gpg: no valid addressees
gpg: foo: encryption failed: no such user id
となり，GnuPG 1.2.0では，
gpg: XXXXXXXX: There is no indication that this key really belongs to the owner
gpg: foo: encryption failed: unusable public key
となりました。
