I have released mew 4.0.56.

(1) With this version, you can specify "Fcc: %backup". Moreover, you
    can specify Fcc: like "+back1, +back2, %back1, %back2".

(2) Invalid cache messages created by "lx" are now marked with "#".

(3) If you set 'mew-imap-cache-refile-online' to 't', "x" also makes
    invalid cache messages for IMAP (, which are marked with "#", of
    course).
