[mew-dist 25461] Policy on CVS branches

Hello all,

Let me explain my policy on CVS branches.

I will NOT make a new branch for Mew 4.1. The HEAD branch will be used
for Mew 4 including 4.1 for a while. Months later, Mew 4.2 will be
released from the HEAD branch.

When we will decide to implement Mew 5, I will make a new branch for
Mew 4 and we will use the HEAD branch for Mew 5.

In short, those who use anonymous CVS need not to do anything at all
at this moment.
