Hi Mew-Maintainers,

First of all, thanks for a great new release 2.0.

Now to my question: It's nice that one can limit the size of messages
received and the way that one can then retrieve it completely with
'I'. That i'm wondering now whether it is also possible to completely
delete (instead of retrieve) the message on the POP server. That way
one would safe the trouble of downloading a large file (potentially
over a slow and expensive link) if the only thing one does afterwards
is deleting it.

I had a quick look into mew-pop.el. While it seems it's quite
intelligently done using some finite state machines it also looks
quite a bit of effort to completely understand it:

I'd be very interested to hear if somebody already has implemented
above feature (or points me to where it is in the case it already
exists) or at least can give me some head start on how to use to best
approach mew-pop.el.

Thanks

-michael-
