[mew-int 00436] mew-generate-mail-address-list problem

There is a small problem with this variable. Consider the following:

Suppose mew-mail-address-list is null when you start Mew. Then
mew-generate-mail-address-list is set to t. Now suppose you set
mew-mail-address-list using customize. Now suppose you quit Mew (but
not Emacs) and then restart it.

mew-generate-mail-address-list is *still* t, so your changes, although
they are saved and will be respected when you next start Emacs, are
lost for your new Mew session.
