[mew-int 00611] user-full-name and from munging question

Hi, I have an odd problem with Mew munging my (user-full-name) for
some reason. I'd like my From: to appear as:

  "R.P. Aditya" <aditya at example.com>

however, unless I edit it in the draft buffer, even if I do 

  (setq mew-name "\"R.P. Aditya\"")

it shows up as:

  R.P.Aditya <aditya at example.com>

I would care less if this didn't have an undesirable side effect with
the mailing list software that runs local to the machine I'm reading
mail on with Mew -- for some reason, it (the mailing list software --
Mailman) is interpreting my email address as "r.p.aditya" without the
quotes, and rejecting the post since it expects it from
"aditya at example.com" without the quotes. I just switched over from mutt
to using mew and other than this pesky problems (and the threading in
mutt looks much nicer), I'm very happy with mew.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
