I personally feel relatively comfortable doing it, but I've had more
than a little experience w/ Emacs Lisp and Mew ;-)
For this specific topic of configuring the cursor movement after
marking, I'm reminded of man pages w/o examples when I look at the
currently available documentation. I think concrete configuration
examples would definitely be helpful -- perhaps in Mew's info. I
don't know whether the Mew development team would be amenable to the
idea though.
