There's no reason for the license to be different from Mew's as the
code is completely Mew-specific.
I give permission to apply Mew's license. If it's necessary, I'll
post another mew-edebug.el w/ the license included. Please let me
know if I need to do so.
P.S. After studying Edebug a bit this weekend, I learned that it may
be possible to just set `edebug-eval-macro-args' to t to get a
similar effect to using `mew-edebug.el' -- as long as while
examining Mew w/ Edebug, the only macro calls that are made
evaluate all of their arguments.
However, AFAIK, defining `edebug-form-spec' for each macro is
safer.
