[mew-int 00588] newbie Q: recover draft msgs

Is there a way to bring a message from +draft into a mode from which
it can be sent?  I keep accidentally exiting emacs after composing my
outgoing message, without sending it.  This leaves it in +draft.
Maybe "refile" it to +queue?  So far, I've had to rely on copy-and-paste
to construct a new message and send it.

(Meanwhile, I've disabled save-buffers-kill-emacs, but I've still got
a slew of outgoing email I have to cut&paste.)
