[mew-int 00599] Mail-Followup-To and Mail-Reply-To support?

I recently replied to a message from a mailing list using
`mew-summary-reply-with-citation' -- the resulting message was sent to
the author of the post I was replying to and the list itself.

I got an auto-response message from the post's author's system saying
that the author was only interested in reading the message sent to the
list and not the copy I had sent to him.  The auto-response message
went on to mention that I (or my mail client) ought to respect the
appearance of the Mail-Followup-To header field and to see:

I'm not really interested in manually checking message headers for
Mail-Followup-To, so I started looking for support for it in Mew.  I
didn't locate anything in the info files and a grep of the cvs sources
didn't turn up anything.

Is there support for this in Mew?  If so, please tell me how to enable
it (or where to look to learn).  If not, is there any interest in
supporting it?
