[mew-int 00467] Reloading of real status of folder names

Hello everybody!

I wonder if there is a function which scans trough the ~/Mail
directory and reloads all information about folders in mew.

When I started to use mew, I made lot of them externally, when copying
there files (so mew doesn't know them till you use them for the
first time). Also, when you externally delete one, mew is still
offering this one in the completion list (of course, how could mew
now...).

Also there is an issue (bug/feature). When you type in Fcc: name of
unexisting folder, mew doesn't ask to confirm creation and just
creates it.
