I would say before the prompt "Really send this message? (y or n)".

If the folder doesn't exist, there could pop-up "No such folder
+XXX. Create it now? (y or n)". If 'y' then it would act like it acts
now. Makes a new folder and puts the message there.

If 'n' then you would return to the draft mode, with the cursor at the
end of the Fcc: line so you can correct it.

Because the default is +backup, the fact that someone edited the
folder name means, he wants to really backup this message into some
specific folder.
