When you  are in the  +inbox, simply  press "o" to  move a mail  in an
other folder. You'll have to tell  Mew where to put this email. If the
folder does not exists, Mew will ask you if it has to create it. 

Then press  "x" and all your  mail will disappear from  the +inbox and
will appear in the new folder. If  you want to Go to the folder you've
just created, you can press "g". If you want to quit from this folder,
C-c C-q. 

You also have  C-h m to have the  help of the mode and  of course, the
M-info, than search for Mew and  press <enter>. The info is very clear
and very well written.
