[mew-int 00723] convert

Hi, 

I'm new in WoMeW (World of Mew in Emacs World), and I enjoy it very
much! Even if I get this little pb.

All is perfect, but sometimes mails coming from Microsoft World are not
directly converted in Latin-9 (which is my own conf. of Emacs). This
has to effects:

- making accent '?' in Emacs -nw (console);
- no pb with accent in Emacs (X), but bad charset encoding when replying.

I'm then forced to make manually:
mew-summary-convert-local-cs "Latin-9"

(In both modes: but in X I must guess if message need to be Latin-9
converted!) 

So my questions are:
What is the simplest way to convert automatically in Latin-9 charset?
Which Hook (all I tried don't match)?
