[mew-int 00729] automatic display of attachments

Hello,

I'd like to customize automatic displaying of attachments,
especially ms-word/doc documents. When I receive such a document,
I'd like mew to decode the attachment automagically, pipe it to an external
program (like antiword) and insert the output into the message
buffer (perhaps with an additional reminder telling me how to
save it (I have users here that have difficulty remembering
keystrokes.) When replying with 'A', the decoded text should
be in place to make it easier to reply. (There is a lot of secretaries
out there sending their whole mails as word attachment, making my
life considerably harder than it could be :-(

I've tried 

(setq mew-prog-msword/*-ext "antiword")
(setq mew-prog-msword/*-ext-arg '(("-m 8859-2.txt")))

but to no avail (although I feel that it can't be *that*
difficult). How can this be done? (I'm using mew 2.1 and Emacs 21.1)
