Mew supports guessing rules for refiling, but automatic refiling
is unsupported.  You can refile mails by `o', 'mo', or `M-o'.

I don't know procmail well.  But I can find the utility, Prom-Mew:

I think this is not a Mew's message.

Mew 2.2 includes the `incm' command.  It supports a local mailbox,
mbox and qmail's Maildir.

Debian sid (unstable) has merged the `incm' command.  It will
soon be merged into the woody (testing).
