The POP server seems good.  I can't find the cause of problem.

If you test repeatedly, see this noteworthy point:

  * Quit Mew (`Q' on Summary)
  * Rename ~/Mail/.mew-uidl (e.g. mv .mew-uidl .mew-uidl.bak01)
  * Start Mew
  * (setq mew-debug 'net)
  * Test again

The file .mew-uidl is important to judge newly arrived mails.
The content of .mew-uidl means previous UIDL response.
If Unique-ID is found in .mew-uidl, the mail is not retrieved.
This is not a bug.

Check these, please.
