[mew-int 00952] few upgrade questions

Hi, I've just installed mew-2.2 on my other machine and got most of
the upgrade/changes from verion 1.95 successfully working except for:

o How do I set my own colours for the various headers and for lines
  marked by the various Mew marks ?

  For ex. I would like to have a diff colour for the 'Subject:' and a
  diff colour for the actual contents of the Subject line.

o How do I set highlighting on/off for the various headers ?

o Now that IM is incorporated into MEW, I miss the imget/imls/imcat
  commands. I used some in scripts.
  Is there a way to somehow get these functions ?  

o Is there a way to empty an entire folder like +trash with the 'D' ?
  I have a +junkmail folder used by junkfileter filtering SPAM that
  I would like to completely empty from time-to-time.
