Use the following configuration.

Type `i', then Mew retrieves mails from Maildir or mbox to +inbox.

In the ~/Mail directory, Mew uses special directories/files
(+attach, +draft, +queue, +postq, .nntp, .imap, .pop, Addrbook,
Smtplog, .mew-*).

Other directories/files should be compatible with MH/nmh.
