[mew-int 01098] Replying to messages with citation.

Hi,
In mew-2.2 (from mew-1.95b3) when I reply to a message with citation
using the key "A" or if I type M-x mew-summary-reply-with-citation I
now get 3 windows.

Starting at the top, I get the Mew: +inbox which is the index of the
messages, then Mew: *mew message*n is the original message and last
the Mew: +draft/n where I get to type in my reply. 

Please, I do not really need to see the message twice. Is there a way
I can get rid of the middle display ? I'm not a Lisp guru so any help
would be greatly appreciated.
