OK.
I have replaced length() with string-width() in mew-scan-get-piece().
This fixes the bug of Mew on Emacs 20.7.
Unfortunately string-width() of Emacs 21.3.50 returns a wrong number
for a composite string. So, the bug does not disappear on Emacs
21.3.50. I will report this to GNU.
