Just because I didn't know. I changed the default values and have
committed. Thank you.

What's this?

Let me clarify the current status:

* mew-smime.el is not implemented by me. And I think I should not have
  merged this code since this code is buggy. Also, I can't trush the
  security of OpenSSL.

* I'm waiting for GnuPG 2.0 which will provide the features of S/MIME.
  When it will be released, I will rewrite mew-smime.el completely.
