I'm using the `Dcc:' field to receive outgoing mails into +inbox.
(Setting the mew-dcc variable to my e-mail address.)

Note that `Fcc: +inbox' is unsafe setting (`i'
(mew-summary-retrieve) might overwrite Fcc'ed mails with incoming
mails), so I recommend `Dcc: myaddr' instead of `Fcc: +inbox'.
