Mew 3.1.51 has been released and is availabe from:
	ftp://ftp.mew.org/pub/Mew/beta/mew-3.1.51.tar.gz

* New method to customize preparation of To:/Cc:/Newsgroups: when
  replying is introduced. See info's Composing -> reply.

* For SSL, "stunnel" v3 and v4 are supported.

* X-Face: is supported on Emacs 21.
