[mew-int 01451] Must sign a key to encrypt a mail?

Hi all,

Mew want  me to sign an  OpenPGP key to  send an encrypted mail  to this
person. MailCrypt  does not need this.  Is there a variable  in Mew that
makes it possible to encrypt mail to person I did not sign the key?
