My previous explanation is not quite right. 

Ordering is right if the number of messages to be sent is under 9.

Since Mew are using alphabetical sort, if the number is over 10, the
ordering becomes like 1 10 11, ..., 2...

I have fixed this already and will commit it very soon.

However, I think your problem is not this. And I don't know reasons...
