To be precise, Mew displays only a top-level text/PLAIN or the first
text/PLAIN part in a top-level multipart.

Mew does not display a content of Text/Html anyway wether or not it is
encoded.

One question here: if Korean messages (ie EUC-KR) are sent by plain,
not html, are they encoded with base64? Or left as 8bit?

I don't know it is worth to implement...

P.S.

In Japan, some UAs send ISO-2022-JP text/plain messages without any
encoding. A few send them with base64/quoted-printable encoding.

And some send multipart/alternative messages whose first part is
text/plain and second part is text/html.

A few send text/html messages.
