[mew-int 01600] send-to-others and user-agent

When send-to-others ('W'), is it possible to change the User-Agent field
to match 'mew'. I really don't like to re-write mails with the
User-Agent set to Outlook! ;)

Maybe I use this function in the wrong way but when I resent-to 'r',
some people are very surprised they receive a mail not addressed to them
(well, not the To: or Cc: field), and they don't know the From: ;)
