The default value of mew-spam: is now X-Bogosity: (which is used by
bogofilter).

You should set this value to X-Spam-Flag: for spamassassin. Put the
following in ".emacs" (not in ".mew"):

	(setq mew-spam: "X-Spam-Flag:")

P.S.

Since spamassassin is too slow, I would recommend bogofilter.
